After more than two decades of helping clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident through personal training, I saw a growing need for deeper support for those recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or dealing with age-related mobility issues. Becoming a physical therapist has allowed me to combine my passion for witness with clinical expertise, so I can now offer both rehabilitation and performance training under one roof.
My background as a collegiate athlete in basketball and track fueled my interest in human performance and led me to a career in personal training and physical therapy. I am driven by my desire to truly understand the body and help others move better and have pursued advanced education in nutrition, corrective exercise (physical therapy), and sports-specific training. In addition to being a licensed physical therapist, I hold certifications including Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), Group Fitness Training (GFT), Barbell Rehab Specialist and CrossFit Level 1.
Today, I work with individuals at every stage—from pre/post-surgical rehab to athletic performance and overall wellness. My approach is rooted in functional movement, injury prevention, and sustainable results. But over the years, a troubling pattern emerged
